Promotional Products Specialist

About the roleWe're looking for a Promotional Products Specialist who can own product sourcing from our approved vendor list, build sharp quotes/proposals, and partner with reps to close opportunities. If you're equal parts vendor-whisperer, spreadsheet nerd, and deal helper, you'll love this role.What you'll doSource & quote: Identify on-brief products from approved vendors; request quotes, confirm lead times, and negotiate price/MOQs.Deal support: Build client-ready proposals, mood boards, and alternatives; jump on calls/chats with reps to move deals to "Closed Won."Order readiness: Coordinate samples, proofs, specs, and PO details; ensure compliance with brand guidelines and decoration methods.Data & tools: Maintain accurate pricing, SKUs, and timelines in CRM/ERP; keep pipelines updated and track win/loss.Vendor management: Nurture relationships with approved suppliers; escalate rushes, resolve issues, and keep options fresh.Quality & delivery: Monitor production status through delivery; guard accuracy on artwork, PMS, sizes, and ship-to details.What you'll bringPromo experience: 1–3+ years with a distributor/agency or supplier; comfort with ASI/SAGE/commonsku (or similar) is a plus.Excel/Sheets: Confident with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data cleanup, and template building.Operational rigor: Fast, accurate data entry; airtight attention to detail; habit of documenting decisions.Sales savvy: Comfortable supporting reps on calls/emails, overcoming objections, and aligning options to budget/timeline.Communication: Clear written/verbal skills; collaborates well with sales, vendors, and clients.Nice to have: Basic artwork knowledge (vector files, Pantone/CMYK, imprint methods), Canva/PowerPoint for quick visuals, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).Success looks like
