Sales Trainee Responsibilities:

  • Engage face-to-face with residential customers to present AT&T products, plans, and service upgrades clearly and confidently

  • Build strong customer relationships, fostering trust and long-term satisfaction
  • Assist customers with account setup, enrollment, and service activation to ensure a smooth experience
  • Track personal performance metrics daily and work toward measurable weekly goals
  • Support weekly territory initiatives, promotional events, and campaign rollouts
  • Continuously learn and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date on offers and promotions
  • Collaborate with leadership and teammates to refine sales techniques and optimize results
