Product Marketing Manager / Director

Location: Brickell, Miami, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Compensation: $180,000 – $240,000 base (depending on experience level)

A growing financial services organization in
Brickell, Miami
is seeking a
Product Marketing Manager or Director
to lead marketing strategy and execution for its life insurance and annuity product lines. This role offers the opportunity to shape product positioning, support distribution strategies, and drive growth within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for life insurance and annuity products
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and distribution teams to support business objectives
  • Lead campaigns, promotional initiatives, and product launches from concept through execution
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and performance metrics to inform strategy
  • Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and organizational goals
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior marketing staff and cross-departmental stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in
    life insurance or annuities
    (required)
  • Demonstrated success developing marketing strategies within financial services
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Ability to translate complex financial products into clear, market-focused messaging
  • Strategic, hands-on professional comfortable in a fast-paced environment
