We're growing fast and need someone who operates with urgency and energy, connects easily with people, and can turn warm ecommerce leads into happy, paying customers. You'll be the go-to expert helping shoppers choose high-quality interior and exterior doors, windows, and vanities—both in-stock and custom.


What You'll Own:

  • Engage warm inbound leads via phone, email, web forms, and chat (RingCentral, Shopify)
  • Understand what customers really need and recommend the right products
  • Close the deal—accurately process and manage orders using our online systems
  • Stay on top of your follow-ups and order pipelines using
  • Deliver professional, helpful communication with homeowners, contractors, and designers
  • Coordinate with warehouse and support teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
  • Be the product expert—learn key specs, measurements, materials, and configurations so you can confidently guide buying decisions

  • Bring 2+ years of ecommerce or inside sales experience (home improvement or building materials is a bonus)

Extra Credit:

  • You've sold over the phone—and closed.
  • You understand construction, remodeling, or residential design.
  • You've worked with Shopify and know how to manage custom product orders.
