Job Responsibilities:

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our properties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct apartment turnovers efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
  • Handle routine service requests
  • Perform porter/groundskeeping tasks to ensure curb appeal and common areas are well-maintained, as needed.
  • Coordinate and complete special projects and work orders promptly
  • Troubleshoot and repair appliances
  • Carry out electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry repairs as needed
  • Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and regular preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintaining clean work areas

Requirements:

  • 3+ year(s) of maintenance experience in the apartment property management industry
  • After-Hours team
  • HVAC Certified (Preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Tools required
  • Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs without assistance
  • Valid Driver's License, vehicle registration, and car insurance
  • Reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel
  • Ability to operate a smartphone and iPad
  • Knowledge of AppFolio (preferred but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Must pass background check and drug test

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Pay rate is $26.00 per hour, plus monthly cell phone allowance

Reporting Locations: 92103

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Please note: This position does not provide housing.
