Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at our 125 unit apartment community. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property management, a commitment to resident satisfaction, and proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, leasing, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
  • Lead, manage, and develop on-site staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure property meets budget and occupancy goals.
  • Execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain curb appeal and property standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financials, renewals, and service requests.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, company policies, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • 3-years of previous property management experience is required.
  • Experience with OneSite and KNOCK is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
  • Must pass background and drug screening.
  • Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance.
  • Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
