Aesthetic Practice Manager (Medical Spa)

Compensation: Base pay + high-commission structure (significant income potential based on performance)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Aesthetic Practice Manager to lead daily operations, generate new patient leads, drive consultation-to-treatment conversions, and support overall practice growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the business and clinical sides of medical aesthetics and thrives in a performance-based environment.

This is a heavily commission-based position with high income potential depending on productivity, sales performance, consultation conversion, and monthly revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing, Lead Generation & Social Media

• Generate leads through digital marketing, community outreach, and strong social media engagement
• Build and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Manage content creation, branding consistency, posting schedule, and online reputation
• Implement promotional events, specials, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to attract new clients and improve retention
• Track and optimize lead generation metrics and marketing ROI

Patient Consultations & Sales

• Conduct independent, comprehensive skincare and aesthetic consultations
• Suggest personalized treatment plans based on facial assessment, skin needs, and client goals
• Educate clients on available treatments, skincare products, and advanced aesthetic technologies
• Drive high consultation-to-treatment conversion rates
• Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction, long-term retention, and repeat bookings
• Support providers in ensuring optimal patient experience from consultation through follow-up

Practice Management & Operations

• Oversee, coordinate, and optimize day-to-day spa operations
• Supervise front desk and aesthetic staff to ensure consistency and high-quality service
• Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations and safety standards
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, inventory, and vendor partnerships
• Monitor operational KPIs, revenue metrics, and staff performance
• Identify opportunities for service expansion, menu optimization, and revenue growth

QualificationsRequired

• 2–5 years of experience in management within:
• Medical Aesthetics
• Dermatology
• Plastic Surgery
• Medspa setting
• Strong understanding of skincare science, facial anatomy, cosmetic procedures, and treatment options
• Proven ability to independently conduct consultations and convert leads into treatment sales
• Experience managing employees and daily operations in a clinical or aesthetic environment
• Strong social media management skills (Instagram, Facebook, content strategy, engagement)
• Familiarity with Korean skincare technologies and product lines
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and customer service skills

Preferred

• State of Utah licensure such as:
• Master Aesthetician
• RN
• APRN / PA
• MA with aesthetic experience
• Experience performing skincare services, lasers, facials, or injectables
• Experience with EMR systems, scheduling software, or aesthetic practice platforms

Compensation

• Base hourly rate + high-commission structure
• Commission based on:
• Consultation conversions
• Monthly service revenue
• Retail sales
• Performance bonuses
• Significant earning potential for high performers
