Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering settings. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
  • Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Engage with customers to provide an enjoyable experience, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
  • Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed, demonstrating flexibility in various settings.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining accountability for all sales.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication between the bar and dining areas.
  • Stay updated on beverage trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • 5 Years experience in bartending / food service within a fine dining restaurant
  • Familiarity with POS systems; proficiency in basic math is essential for cash handling.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of multitasking efficiently during peak hours.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in catering or banquet services is advantageous but not mandatory.
