Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries efficiently in Fosse POS system
  • Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences
  • Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure smooth overnight operations

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Experience in hospitality management or hotel operations preferred
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse guests effectively
  • Knowledge of front desk procedures, hotel management systems, and guest services best practices
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
  • Familiarity with resort environments and guest relations strategies
  • Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy
