We're looking for a Hospitality Manager with a passion for people, seafood, and creating unforgettable experiences. Our high-volume seafood restaurant thrives on energy, precision, and a warm coastal vibe, and we need a leader who can bring it all together.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences every day
- Be the face of hospitality: greeting guests, resolving concerns, and ensuring every visit feels special
- Hire, train, and inspire an all-star team focused on service excellence and guest satisfaction
- Foster a positive, engaging workplace to boost staff retention and promote career growth
- Implement service standards and best practices to keep operations smooth during peak volume
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to maintain seamless communication and service timing
- Monitor guest feedback, address opportunities for improvement, and celebrate successes
- Help plan and execute staff meetings, ongoing training, and recognition programs
Who You Are:
- A natural people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Experienced (2+ years) in restaurant management, preferably in seafood or fine-casual dining
- Skilled in team building, conflict resolution, and performance coaching
- Guest-obsessed with a strong eye for detail and a passion for memorable service
- Organized, efficient, and calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
