What You'll Do:

  • Lead the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences every day
  • Be the face of hospitality: greeting guests, resolving concerns, and ensuring every visit feels special
  • Hire, train, and inspire an all-star team focused on service excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Foster a positive, engaging workplace to boost staff retention and promote career growth
  • Implement service standards and best practices to keep operations smooth during peak volume
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to maintain seamless communication and service timing
  • Monitor guest feedback, address opportunities for improvement, and celebrate successes
  • Help plan and execute staff meetings, ongoing training, and recognition programs

Who You Are:

  • A natural people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Experienced (2+ years) in restaurant management, preferably in seafood or fine-casual dining
  • Skilled in team building, conflict resolution, and performance coaching
  • Guest-obsessed with a strong eye for detail and a passion for memorable service
  • Organized, efficient, and calm under pressure
  • Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
