What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Assist shoppers in finding the right products for their home improvement needs
  • Provide expert advice or find the right team member to help
  • Stock shelves, manage inventory, and keep the store clean and organized
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and store promotions

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to help people
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn about hardware, tools, and DIY solutions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
  • Previous hardware experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted, stand and walk in excess of 5+ hours per day
  • Ability to squat, kneel, bend over, and reach with little or no assistance
  • Comfortable working in a demanding high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
