The Ski Monster is looking for a ski/snowboard enthusiast to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting customers and supporting the sales team. Daily merchandising, restocking, burrito eating, and sometimes ski and gear testing. This role helps keep life at TSM running smoothly, especially during our busiest season. TLDR: You wear a lot of hats.

Sales Support Job Details

  • Assist customers with purchasing outerwear, apparel, and accessories
  • Support Sales Team, restock inventory and the keep the shop organized
  • Clearing customer areas after appointments
  • Ringing out customers
  • Merchandise fixtures, restock and organize product
  • Keep backstock and backroom organized and searchable for shipping, sales, and customer service
  • Additional tasks that help sales staff flow into their next appointments on-time during busy periods.
  • Basic store maintenance

Other

  • Assist Customer Service Team with special orders and customer requests
  • This is a seasonal position running through the end of March

Job Requirements

  • Ski or Snowboard enthusiast (all ski levels)
  • Knowledge of snow sport technologies a plus
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative without being micro-managed
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to an ever changing, growing, and sometimes outrageous environment
