Registration Clerk – WFH

As a Remote Registration Clerk, you'll be responsible for managing client registration, data entry, and administrative support tasks from a home office. You'll serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, capturing key information and ensuring our databases are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and input customer registration data (contact info, service requests, billing details)
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM or registration systems
- Verify customer information and follow-up on missing or unclear data
- Provide support via phone or email for clients completing registration forms
- Coordinate with scheduling or operations teams to ensure correct service setup
- Generate and maintain reports related to customer registrations
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scanning documents, managing digital files, and tracking registration-related workflows
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong computer skills — proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfort using web-based systems
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
