Role Description:

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will represent client campaigns at retail locations, community events, and pop-up activations. This is a field-based position that requires direct interaction with the public. You'll develop communication, leadership, and sales skills while helping clients reach new customers and donors.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent client campaigns through in-person sales and marketing efforts
  • Engage with potential customers, explain services, and secure sign-ups or donations
  • Assist with event setup and campaign coordination
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training

Compensation & Employment Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-time or part-time employee
  • Pay: $500 to $700 per week (base pay), paid weekly
  • Additional Compensation: Commission opportunities based on performance
  • Bonuses: Incentives available for top performers
