Lead Infant Teacher – Full Time

We're looking for a nurturing and dependable Lead Infant Teacher to join our Woodbury team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who loves building strong connections with infants and families, and wants to work in a positive, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate infant curriculum
- Support emotional, social, and physical growth through play and care routines
- Build positive, trusting relationships with families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
Qualifications:
- Must meet Lead Teacher qualifications under MN DHS Rule 3
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive, reliable, and caring attitude
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications
