Metro Appliances & More in Oklahoma City is looking for full-time Sales Associates. We need individuals who can provide our customers with quality service and expertise.

Hours:

40 hours a week, Saturdays required. No Sundays.

Pay:

  • Salary, plus commission.
  • Average Earnings: $60, $110,000.00

Requirements:

  • We are looking for candidates with sales experience.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
  • Achieving established goals.
  • Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
  • Increasing store sales.
  • Superior product knowledge.
  • Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
