Ocala, FL – $17-$30 per hour (20–25 hrs/week)

We're looking for a dependable, organized, people-first Operations Manager who wants to help run the daily heartbeat of the company.

**Before we start - the reputation and customer experience is the backbone of our company. The right candidate is someone who will help the company to bend over backwards to ensure our customers receive the highest level of quality and attention we expect from ourselves**

What your day will look like:

Your day starts by checking the schedule, sending a few friendly texts to confirm jobs, and making sure our techs know where they're headed. You'll be the calm center of the operation — the one customers trust and the one techs rely on. You will love our techs. They are amazing

Throughout the day, you'll answer calls and messages from our business number, book new jobs, handle simple customer questions, and keep the calendar organized and running smoothly.

Most of your work will be done from your phone or laptop, keeping customers informed and making sure everything stays on track. Some days you'll join a technician for a ride-along to understand the work. Other days you may stop by a job site, or reach out to builders or local businesses to build relationships.

This is steady, meaningful work for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and helping people. You'll play a big role in giving customers that "wow" experience we're known for.

Essentially, you will become the heart of the whole operation. My right hand. From the initial interaction with a new potential customer, giving them a quote over the phone, booking them in, following up with them once the job is complete, and nurturing them as one of our customers.

You will help build systems and workflows for the company to help us continue to expand.

You do not need experience in window cleaning.

You do not need corporate operations experience.
