Program Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs reviews of weekly and quarterly record reviews for Quality Management Programs and Individual Support Plan (ISP)
- Assists in coordinating and reporting results for the ODP program
- Provides customer service to Service Coordinators, Case Managers, Individual Participants and Staff
- Proactively communicates and collaborates with external customers to review services/supports and troubleshoot
- Creates and maintains best practice guides, SOPs, and ODP QM Plan
- Works independently under direction of Business Development Manager and Director of Business Operations
- Identifies areas of improvement within staff training, services rendered and program as a whole
- Works directly with internal and external staff to train and support best practices in conjunction with the ISP and Chapter 6100 regulations
- Identifies, documents and communicates issues specific to a lack of progress towards outcomes established by the ISP/Program that impact the delivery of care
- Elicits new requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, and workflow analysis
- Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Services strongly preferred
- One to three (1-3) years of experience in the Intellectual or Developmental Disability (IDD)
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, required
