What we're looking forA brand-new opportunity has opened up for a driven Account Director to join our U.S. sales team and help shape the future of gaming and entertainment advertising.
In this role, you'll take the lead on securing new agency and brand partnerships while making the most of our expanding portfolio of world-class gaming IP. You'll be selling ad solutions across some of the most iconic gaming and entertainment sites, bringing brands and gamers together in ways that matter.
You'll manage and grow revenue and relationships with direct clients and agencies, combining your love for data and insights with your talent for building strong, long-lasting partnerships. We're looking for someone who's well-connected, proactive, and genuinely passionate about creating meaningful connections between publishers and audiences.
We move fast, so you'll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and spotting opportunities as they arise. If you're a self-starter who wants to play a big part in our growth story - and you're excited by the huge potential for progression here - we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Proactively identify and secure new agency and brand partnerships to grow our client base across the U.S.
- Develop and pitch creative advertising solutions that connect brands with gaming audiences in meaningful ways.
- Take full ownership of your pipeline - from prospecting and proposals to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and become a trusted partner for your clients.
- Keep clients up to date on new product launches and opportunities to maximise their spend.
- Provide regular campaign updates and insights to ensure advertisers are getting the best possible results.
- Report on sales figures, pipeline progress, and revenue growth, always looking for ways to exceed targets.
- A proven track record in driving new business within digital media, ideally with established agency and brand contacts in the U.S.
- A passion for gaming and entertainment, and an understanding of what makes these audiences tick.
- Strong communication and presentation skills - you know how to craft a compelling pitch and close a deal.
- A self-starter mindset: you're proactive, resilient, and thrive on hitting (and beating) targets.
- Confidence with data and insights to back up your recommendations and deliver results.
- The ability to juggle multiple opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- A collaborative approach - you'll work closely with internal teams to make sure we deliver what we promise.
