Security Badging Administrator

• Candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication, and analytical skills, as responding to emails and badging inquiries in a timely, professional manner is measured on our global KPIs.
• Security access control experience, primarily Lenel is a plus as well as having experience in CCTV software use (Exaqvision is ours). Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) required as well as Slack.
• Candidates should have 2 or more years security supervisory experience, primarily in a corporate environment, to include but not limited to scheduling.
• The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, with a unique ability to effectively juggle multiple high priority challenges. Outstanding ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the client Securitas global portfolio and demonstrate a team-oriented work style.
• This position is part of the on-site security management team and candidate is expected to serve as interim Site Operations Manager when Site Operations Manager and Assistant Site Operations Manager are not available. Is responsible for receiving, creating and shipping all badge requests in the Texas/East Coast region and assists in the process globally. Interacts with all levels of client employees to include the executive team up to and including the office of the CEO and its board of directors.
