Job Summary
The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that team members are performing their duties effectively. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of operational processes. The Shift Leader will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency while fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential home sellers.
- Qualify leads by identifying motivation, property details, and sales timelines.
- Build rapport and trust through clear communication and empathy.
- Follow proven scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
- Convert qualified leads into appointments and closed deals.
- Record and update all activity in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with acquisitions and management teams to ensure seamless deal flow.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales and communication skills.
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in sales, call center, or lead generation (real estate preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable, coachable, and open to feedback for continuous growth.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges quickly and efficiently.
Compensation
- Training Pay: $15/hour for the first 30 days
- Post-Training Pay: Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
- Average Annual Earnings: $80,000–$120,000+ for high performers
- Bonuses: Weekly and monthly performance incentives
