HVAC Technician Position:

We're looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with proven experience in both residential and commercial systems. You'll install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This is a hands-on role requiring independence, customer service, and strong technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (split, package, ductless, and rooftop units).
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of systems.
  • Replace compressors, motors, fans, filters, and control components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Ensure all work meets safety codes and manufacturer specifications.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and supervisors; complete service documentation accurately.
  • Respond to emergency calls as needed (rotating schedule).
  • Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of recent, verifiable HVAC service and installation experience.
  • Valid EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal).
  • State or local HVAC license (preferred).
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or roofs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and reliability required.
