About the Role

Andes STR is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Quality & Housekeeping Manager to lead cleaning operations and ensure top-tier property presentation across our Orlando-area short-term rentals.

You'll oversee our housekeeping team, maintain quality standards, and conduct property inspections to guarantee every home is guest-ready. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, including employees and third-party vendors
  • Hire, train, and motivate a high-performing housekeeping team
  • Conduct property and quality inspections before guest arrivals
  • Manage laundry operations and oversee cleaning supply inventory
  • Support onboarding of new homes, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup
  • Address escalated guest or homeowner concerns professionally
  • Record and report property damage or maintenance needs
  • Maintain strong communication with Field Operations and Guest Services teams

What We're Looking For

  • 3–10 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or property operations
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and scheduling tools
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks
