About Us

Perspire Sauna Studio is the nation's fastest-growing infrared sauna studio, combining the benefits of infrared heat, red light therapy, and contrast therapy (SNØ showers) to support whole-body wellness. Our mission is to create a spa-like environment where guests can relax, recover, and recharge—one sweat session at a time.

As we prepare to open our North Walnut Creek location, we're looking for a Studio Pre-Sale Support Specialist to help drive awareness, build relationships, and grow our founding membership base.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive Membership Sales: Engage and follow up with warm leads via phone, text, and email to convert interest into founding memberships
  • Manage Outreach Efforts: Organize and track all lead interactions in our CRM/VoIP system and support automated text/email campaigns to maintain engagement
  • Promote Locally: Identify and establish partnerships with nearby businesses, wellness providers, fitness studios, and influencers to co-host events or cross-promote
  • Be Our Brand Ambassador: Represent Perspire at community events, farmers' markets, wellness fairs, and networking meetups to spread the word
  • Plan & Execute Events: Help organize tabling opportunities and promotional events leading up to our VIP Grand Opening Weekend
  • Support Marketing Efforts: Distribute flyers, manage giveaway sign-ups, and support our social and local marketing strategy with boots-on-the-ground support

What We're Looking For:

  • People Person: You're outgoing, confident, and genuinely enjoy connecting with others
  • Sales & Marketing Mindset: Experience in customer service, retail, fitness/wellness sales, or community outreach is a strong plus
  • Self-Starter: You're proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently without needing constant direction
  • Wellness Enthusiast: You believe in the benefits of infrared sauna and are excited to share that passion
  • Tech-Comfortable: You can navigate CRM systems, email tools, Google Suite, and mobile communication apps with ease
