McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston, a leading academic health center, invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Pediatrics, Community and General division.
The selected candidate will contribute to the educational program of the division and department and produce scholarly work in the form of presentations, abstracts, or publications. UTHealth Houston retains the right to modify your responsibilities and financial commitments, subject to the needs of the department.
Position Key Accountabilities:
The Assistant Professor in Pediatrics Community and General will contribute to the clinical and academic programs of the division, including covering the inpatient Pediatric wards and attending the General Pediatrics Outpatient Clinic. Clinical duties will also involve teaching residents and medical students.
Qualifications:
- Texas Medical License or be eligible for a Texas Faculty Temporary License.
- MD board-licensed or board-eligible
