Outreach Coordinator – Adolescent Behavioral Health

Lauderdale–Miami Area | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Some Evenings/Weekends for Events

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for an outgoing, compassionate professional who loves connecting with people and making an impact in the community. The ideal candidate has experience in behavioral health outreach or adolescent mental health services and thrives on building relationships with schools, hospitals, and providers who serve youth and families.

What You'll Do
  • Build and nurture relationships with schools, therapists, physicians, and community organizations
  • Conduct outreach meetings and presentations that raise awareness of AWA's programs
  • Collaborate with our Admissions and Clinical teams to ensure smooth referral experiences
  • Host or participate in community events, CEU workshops, and open houses
  • Maintain and report outreach activities and outcomes using CRM tools
  • Represent AWA with professionalism, empathy, and genuine passion
What You Bring
  • 2+ years in outreach, marketing, or admissions within behavioral health, education, or healthcare
  • Experience working directly with or promoting adolescent programs or family services
  • Confident communication and presentation skills (in person and online)
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel (60–90 min radius)
Bonus Skills
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Familiarity with PHP/IOP programs and referral networks across South Florida
