Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:This is a full-time Team Lead position needed to support the Manager across multiple departments, including Outpatient Labs, Diagnostic Imaging Admitting, Rio Vista Imaging, Outpatient Services, and Heart & Vascular—both on-site and off-site.

This role will assist with staff training and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and departmental coordination. The Team Lead will also serve as a working lead, actively registering patients wherever coverage is needed. What you will do:

  • Performs at the appropriate competency at PAR level.

  • Demonstrate Epic registration proficiency by working at a level of 95% every month.

  • Demonstrate the ability to train New Hires on the Epic registration module used within the department.

  • Understand the intricacies of Epic for investigative research and troubleshooting of registration accounts.
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Associate's degree preferred or process of obtaining one (preferred)

  • Must possess excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Licensure:

*  Certified Patient Account Technician CPAT preferred
