Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with guests/tenants concerns. Computer experience is a must. You are responsible for writing up maintenance requests from tenants in person/ via phone and checking the concierge emails often to assure all requests are attended to. You are responsible for contacting either our 24 hour maintenance on call staff or outside contractors when necessary.
  • You are responsible for keeping the lobby areas clean and emptying trash during your shift as well.
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and entertainment based on guest preferences.
  • Coordinate reservations for restaurants, transportation, and other services as requested by guests.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and policies to effectively assist guests.
  • You are to be presentable when working your shift , with company approved attire.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Good time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette to communicate effectively with tenants/prospective tenants over the phone.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and restaurants to provide informed recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with tenants is a great plus
  • Ability to work well with others and efficiently and positiviely .

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
