We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part Time Administrative professional to join our team This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about providing exceptional support to ensure smooth office operations. As a vital part of our administrative team, you will play a key role in managing daily office functions, assisting with clerical tasks, and delivering outstanding customer service. Duties
- Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and warmth
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks using computer skills, including updating records and maintaining databases
- Manage filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible
- Support calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare correspondence, proofread documents for accuracy, and handle basic office communications
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Support office management tasks such as organizing files, managing incoming mail, and supporting team members with administrative needs
- Utilize Excel
- Contribute to a positive office environment through effective organization and time management skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office setting with clerical or administrative responsibilities
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with Excel and Property Management Software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, proofreading, and calendar management is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills coupled with effective time management strategies to handle multiple priorities efficiently
