We believe in rewarding results and empowering individuals. Our Customer Acquisition Assistant will have hands-on training, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to work face-to-face with customers in a variety of high-energy event settings.

As a Customer Acquisition Assistant, you will:

  • Engage face-to-face with customers at community events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns, identifying their telecom needs, recommending the best products, and enrolling them in tailored service plans.
  • Represent Visionary Frameworks California with professionalism and enthusiasm while driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service, product knowledge, and consistent follow-up.
  • Stay up to date on all company products, promotions, and service offerings to confidently communicate value and benefits.
  • Provide insightful feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and event performance.

What We're Looking For in a Customer Acquisition Assistant:

  • 1+ years in sales, event promotions, or customer service preferred (but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outgoing personality and confidence interacting with customers face-to-face
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
