Customer Service Representative

Location: Riverside, CA / On-site

Paid weekly $500 - $900

We're currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Riverside-based team. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you'll be working face-to-face with customers at live events, pop-ups, and retail locations, helping drive product sales while delivering outstanding service. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Face-to-Face Customer Interaction: Speak with customers in person across event spaces and retail sites, helping them find the right product or service
  • Sales Engagement: Promote product features and offers confidently, guiding people through their purchase decisions and working toward personal and team sales goals
  • Event Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of event displays, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site
  • Customer Experience: Create a welcoming, informative, and positive interaction every time, encouraging loyalty and repeat business
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with your team to meet daily objectives and keep the energy high throughout each event
  • On-the-Ground Feedback: Share customer insights and feedback to help improve future campaigns and strategies
