Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and related cost accounting schedules.
  • Support month-end close, project accounting, and variance analysis.
  • Process construction project POs and COs for approval (NetSuite/Procore)
  • Quarterly Job Cost to GL Reconciliations
  • Collaborate with Delivery team on the monthly GC Pay App process
  • Coordinate with Accounting and auditors on annual PPE and sales tax audits
  • Maintain and update standard costs for manufactured and purchased products across multiple sites.
  • Analyze cost components, manufacturing variances, and inventory valuations to ensure accuracy in ERP.
