As a Security Guard - Property Patrol Driver in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong presence. Your role will include interacting with staff and visitors, assisting with access control, and responding to security-related concerns as they arise. This position requires driving responsibilities as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the automotive location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe any unusual conditions.
• Observe and report any security-related hazards, incidents, or suspicious activity encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management to relay important information or escalate concerns as needed.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner according to Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience providing customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
