We're looking for a Security Guard ready to roll up their sleeves (no pun this time — we're serious about safety) and keep our facilities, employees, and patients protected with vigilance, professionalism, and a calm presence. From monitoring entrances to responding quickly to incidents, your role is key in keeping Mint secure and compliant.

What You'll DoConduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or suspicious activityMonitor entrances, exits, and facility access to ensure only authorized personnel and customers are on-siteEnforce all security protocols, company policies, and state cannabis compliance requirementsRespond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidentsProvide first aid or emergency assistance when necessaryDeliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and helping staff and patients feel at easeMaintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activitiesTravel between store locations as needed for support and coverageWhat You'll BringMinimum of 1 year of security experience - retail, event, or facility, preferredStrong observation and situational awareness skillsAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureWillingness to travel between nearby locations when neededA positive, helpful attitude — you're the first and last impression for many guestsMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentValid government-issued ID and ability to pass a criminal background checkWhy You'll Love Mint CannabisA work culture that's welcoming, passionate, and built on good vibesOpportunities for growth as we expand into new marketsDiscounts on products and merchHealth, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible roles)Paid time off to relax, recharge, and take care of youA chance to be part of something amaZing A Few Things You'll NeedMust be at least 21 years of age.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state.Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
