Overview

Phenomenal opportunity with an established Clinical Research Company specializing in Alzheimer's Disease. Seeking an individual looking for employment offering long-term stability in a "family-like" atmosphere.

Potential candidates must possess an outgoing and friendly personality with attention to detail, patience, and work well individually and as a part of a team. Experience in medical setting and working with geriatric population a plus. Must be computer literate and able to use or learn various software systems. Must be an independent worker, cross-trained and capable of operating collaboratively.

Job Description:

A concierge patient recruitment specialist is a high-touch, relationship-focused professional who guides and supports patients through the entire process of enrolling and participating in a clinical trial. Unlike standard recruitment, which can be transactional, the concierge model prioritizes personal engagement and aims to remove common barriers to participation.

Reports to Marketing and Recruitment Director

Key responsibilities

Personalized patient support: Serves as the primary point of contact for potential and current trial participants, offering high-level, personalized assistance.

Logistical coordination: Addresses the practical challenges of trial participation by arranging travel, accommodation, and transportation for patients and their families.

Financial management: Coordinates and processes patient reimbursements for study-related expenses to reduce the financial burden of participation.

Inquiry handling: Answers patient questions and addresses concerns about the trial procedures, study protocol, potential risks, and privacy with empathy and transparency.

Retention efforts: Builds trust and maintains relationships with patients to ensure they stay engaged and committed throughout the trial, which helps reduce dropout rates.

Administrative tasks: Performs administrative duties such as maintaining patient databases, managing appointment scheduling, and preparing trial-related documentation.
