Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Tech with orthopedic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room is fully stocked and prepared prior to surgeries, and maintaining a sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room equipment and supplies.
• Ensure that the operating room remains sterile at all times.
• Monitor and maintain the surgical equipment.
• Coordinate with nurses and other medical staff to provide high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of experience required; 2 years preferred.
• National Certifications (NBSTSA and/or NCCT) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Must possess a valid Ohio license (compacted licenses accepted for starts after January 1, 2023).
