Tax Manager

We are a full-service CPA firm assisting a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, established businesses, real estate investors, international high tech startups, and foreign nationals with US tax reporting obligations. Established in 2003.

Our firm focuses on tax planning and consulting as driving elements of client services. Some of the common issues have been planning for the repatriation of earnings, related party transactions in domestic and international contexts, tax optimization for closely-held businesses, research and development (R&D) credit, IC-DISCs, deferred tax exchanges for various investments, multi-state taxation, Nexus, and many other constantly evolving areas.

We are looking for an individual with an advanced degree in Taxation who is ready to develop his or her technical and managerial skills as well as a career in a friendly fast-paced environment. We are hiring several people to fill several positions more junior and more senior ones. The job is challenging but rewarding. The candidates will learn many advanced tax planning techniques and compliance challenges.

Requirement:

Minimum experience with a CPA company

  • 3 years of exp for a Senior role and
  • 5 years of exp for Manager role.
