Position Overview
We're hiring a Remote Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting across sales, field operations, and production roles nationwide. You'll own the sourcing, screening, and coordination process end-to-end, leveraging tools like Lever ATS, and AI recruiting automation to stay ahead of demand. We're looking for a recruiter who can navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and consistently deliver results—someone who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and knows how to keep pipelines full and hiring managers confident.
What You'll Do- Manage a high requisition load across multiple markets and brands in a fast-growing organization.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
- Conduct phone and Microsoft Teams interviews to assess qualifications, motivation, and culture fit.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and activity tracking in Lever ATS.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and adjust sourcing strategies quickly.
- Collaborate with internal TA teammates to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Coordinate candidate scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback loops with precision and speed.
- Monitor recruiting performance metrics—time-to-fill, show-up rate, and conversion—and make recommendations to improve outcomes.
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience; agency or high-volume in-house recruiting strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments where priorities shift frequently.
- Experience using Lever ATS or similar systems (Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workable, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI recruiting tools, automation platforms, and Boolean sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence candidates across multiple roles and markets.
- Self-motivated, organized, autonomous, and accountable in a remote-first work environment.
- Comfortable working toward goals and KPIs while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
At Allstar Services, you won't just fill positions—you'll help build the teams that fuel our national growth.
We're a high-trust, high-autonomy team where results speak louder than process. You'll have the freedom to experiment, the support to grow, and the opportunity to be part of something scaling fast.
- Impact: Every hire you make drives growth and momentum across 19+ brands.
- Pace: We move quickly and adapt even faster—ideal for recruiters who love action and variety.
