Chargeback Analyst I

We are seeking a Chargeback Analyst I to join our team This person will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records related to chargebacks, retrieval requests, and exception processing. This role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to resolve disputes while ensuring compliance with departmental procedures.

**This is a hybrid position that requires you to be local to Las Vegas. In office days will be Wednesday and Friday.**

• Verify and post details of business transactions, including funds received and disbursed, and total accounts.
• Maintain accounting records of chargebacks, retrieval requests, and exception processing.
• Compile and sort documents related to chargeback and retrieval cycles.
• Analyze customer needs and provide accurate responses to account inquiries and disputes.
• Explain available services to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Correct errors and resolve financial disputes conveyed by cardholders and credit card associations.
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures to meet customer and client needs in an innovative and resourceful manner.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF.
• Proven office environment experience.
