About Us

We're a fast-growing real estate investment company that buys homes for cash. Our team is expanding quickly, and we're looking for a strong Sales Manager to lead from the front — closing deals, developing a high-performing sales team, and driving growth.

This is not a desk job. You'll be out in the field meeting sellers, training your team, and leading by example. If you're a natural closer who loves leadership and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead from the front by closing deals and setting the pace for your team.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of motivated acquisition reps.
  • Be in the field daily — meeting homeowners and coaching your team through appointments.
  • Track and improve performance metrics to drive profitability.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to expand operations and improve systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in sales and team leadership (real estate experience a plus, but not required).
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Competitive, entrepreneurial drive — you love to win and help others succeed.
  • Ability to balance personal production with team management.
  • No real estate license needed — we provide full training.

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000–$65,000

Personal Commission: 20% on your own closed deals

Team Override: 2–3% of total profit from your team's deals

Potential Performance Bonuses After 90 days:

  • $1,000/month for hitting 10+ team deals
  • Quarterly bonuses, up to $5,000, for exceeding profit goals

9-12 Month Transition: Base reduces to $45,000 with higher overrides (3–4%) as your team scales

Earning Potential: $180,000–$200,000+ for top performers
