What You'll Do

  • Act as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Lead/Assistant Lead
  • Open and close the store following all operational procedures
  • Deliver a personalized, guest first experience on the sales floor
  • Support associates by coaching, motivating, and ensuring daily goals are met
  • Help with merchandising, floor sets, and maintaining a clean, organized store
  • Process transactions, online orders, and incoming merchandise
  • Assist leadership team in driving sales and promoting events

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience required; leadership/keyholder experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks such as climbing ladders, squatting, and reaching
  • Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for training

Current Store Locations: Alabama, New York, Kansas, Tennessee, Texas, Kentucky & Wisconsin — with new stores coming in 2025

What you'll do

  • Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to enhance customer experience.
  • Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems while maintaining cash handling protocols.
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities and meet store targets.
  • Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Uphold store policies regarding phone etiquette and communication with customers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
