Outside Sales Consultant (Healthcare Solutions) – $80K–$120K Base + Unlimited Earning Potential

Remote (Pacific Northwest Territory) | Travel 60–75% | Full-Time

We're looking for a driven, hunter-minded Outside Sales Consultant who's passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and helping companies improve access to quality healthcare.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across your assigned territory
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives and brokers
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed goals
  • Use PMR's CRM to track leads, manage your pipeline, and report activity accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client results
  • Travel frequently (60–75%) to meet clients, attend events, and grow business

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally selling to C-suite executives
  • Experience in healthcare, employer-based clinics, insurance, or related industries preferred
  • Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience working with brokers, carriers, captives, or TPAs is a plus
