Compensation: $65,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience and skill set)

Our team is made up of driven individuals who care deeply about quality, impact, and results, and who are excited about using modern tools (including AI) to move faster and smarter.   The Role We're hiring a Graphic & Web Designer who is AI-first in their approach to design and execution. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong design fundamentals with modern AI-powered tools to produce high-quality graphics and web experience efficiently and on a scale.   What You'll Do
  • Design high-quality digital marketing assets aligned with EIP branding, including:
    • Website pages and landing pages
    • Paid ad creatives
    • Social media graphics
    • Email graphics
    • Infographics, charts, icons, and visual frameworks
  • Design, prototype, and collaborate on web and marketing assets using tools such as Figma, Airtable, and AI-powered design platforms (e.g., Lovable, Base44)
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, and Growth teams to translate ideas, briefs, and data into clean, conversion-focused designs
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, assets, and layouts
  • Rapidly prototype, test, and refine designs using AI workflows to increase speed and output without sacrificing quality
  • Stay current on design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging AI design tools
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Continuously look for ways to improve design processes through automation and AI

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1–3+ years of experience in graphic and/or web design
  • Portfolio required (web, landing pages, digital graphics preferred)
  • Proficiency or working knowledge of:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Canva
  • Experience designing with AI-powered web or design tools (e.g., Lovable, Base44, Framer, Webflow w/ AI, or similar)
  • Experience with Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
  • Working knowledge of Airtable for asset organization, workflows, or cross-team collaboration
Nice to Have
  • UI/UX experience or familiarity with conversion-rate optimization
  • Experience designing for performance marketing (paid ads, funnels, landing pages)
  • Background in insurance, healthcare, or regulated industries (not required)
