Your responsibilities


• Deliver detailed business requirement/functional requirements/use cases/process mapping & training materials.


• Assist project team with business case, RFP development and proposal evaluation


• Work closely with technology teams and vendors to ensure solution meets requirements


• Facilitate user acceptance testing and assist in test planning and execution.


• Provide SME support, product demonstrations and training to users


• Inputs to Project board/Working group packs, Production of slides and other visual material Your skills & qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Technology/Finance/Business/Science or related field of study or equivalent experience


•
Prior experience in IT transformation and change projects, ideally in banking/financial services


• Advanced knowledge and experience of using business analysis tools and techniques such as requirements gathering, as-is/to-be process mapping and gap analysis is essential


• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.


• Proven ability to run stakeholder workshops


• Well versed with Interviewing clients and end users for requirements elicitation


• Experience in data analysis (mapping and validation) will be beneficial


• Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), familiarity with agile/waterfall/hybrid methodologies


• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills are essential


• Must be a strong team player who can share knowledge and help others succeed


• Self starter, who can be left to work on a project with minimal guidance once up and running


• Have a flexible mindset as some project portfolios cover off a large variety of subjects and technologies


• Quick learner and confident around asking questions to stakeholders or existing team members, to get backgrounds of project or Business case or to understand the Business needs
