As a Financial Analyst
,
you will:

As a Private Banking Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders across multiple securities-based lending products. You will support the Liquidity Access Line (LAL) and Express Credit Line (ECL) through phone and email channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries from Financial Advisors, Private Bankers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via the LAL Telephone Hotline regarding loan status, outstanding issues, and document call details
• Meet performance metrics including call handle time, accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to scripts
• Review loan applications and servicing requests to ensure completeness and compliance with SLAs
• Communicate missing or incomplete information to progress loans through the pipeline
• Reconcile and process monetary transactions; review daily reports for accuracy
• Cross-train on other operational functions to provide flexible team support
• Mentor and train new team members upon achieving proficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental and bank-wide goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office attendance required
• Availability to work from 8:00 A.M. local time, with flexibility for occasional weekends and overtime
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and accountable team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial markets and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in project management
• Business analysis capabilities
