We provide a full continuum of outpatient behavioral health services, including PSR, CPST, and DBT programming. Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director & Mental Health Supervisor to oversee clinical operations, documentation compliance, and quality of care across all behavioral health programs.

The ideal candidate is a clinically strong leader who values collaboration, supports professional growth, and maintains a high standard of clinical integrity. This role works closely with the CEO and Medical Director to ensure that all services meet or exceed the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) and Medicaid requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to licensed and unlicensed staff.
  • Review and approve clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid and LDH regulations for PSR, CPST, and outpatient services.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations.
  • Support staff development through feedback, training, and coaching.
  • Review incident reports and assist in risk management and quality improvement processes.
  • Assist in ensuring program fidelity, documentation accuracy, and quality assurance across service lines.
  • Internal and external auditing, forecasting and reporting to CEO
  • Provide clinical consultation and on-call support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a fully licensed LMHP in Louisiana:
  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or APRN (Psychiatric/Mental Health).
  • Minimum two (2) years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health or psychiatric treatment.
  • Strong working knowledge of LDH/Medicaid behavioral health standards.
  • Experience supervising or training behavioral health staff preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain clinical accuracy.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-Time 40hrs per week
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for performance-based incentives.
