Our client is seeking a Data Entry Operator for digital file system management.

This is a contract opportunity that is onsite in Riverwoods, IL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for compiling, capturing, and maintaining the digital database
  • Reviews documents for accuracy/completeness, makes necessary adjustments and corrections or escalates per established procedures. Including conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials. May support inventory/material handling, reviews, and adjustments.
  • Manually prepares documents, materials and information for data entry including gathering, collating and preparation based on retention schedule and process overview.
  • Creating digital documents, capturing data into digital databases, and performing regular backups. While updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior data entry experience preferred

Pay: 20/hr W2
