As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for our organization. Job Description: As a Data Entry Clerk at Tribeca Outsourcing, your primary responsibility will be to input, update, and maintain various types of data into our systems accurately and efficiently. You will be tasked with transcribing, verifying, and organizing data, ensuring its integrity and confidentiality. Additionally, you may assist in generating reports, conducting data clean-up activities, and supporting other administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities: Inputting data accurately and efficiently into designated databases and systems.Verifying the accuracy of data before entry.Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data.Assisting in generating reports and presentations based on data analysis.Conducting routine data clean-up and maintenance tasks.Providing administrative support to the team as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.Excellent typing speed and accuracy.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data entry software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
