Member Sales Specialist – D1 Training North Shore (Glenview, IL) Are you a high-energy, people-driven professional who thrives in sales and wants to be part of something bigger? Job Summary

We're seeking a driven, enthusiastic Member Sales Specialist this a results-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make daily outbound calls to new leads with speed-to-contact as a priority

  • Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial inquiry to closed membership

  • Ensure all client notes, touchpoints, and activity are logged and tracked accurately

  • Match prospects with the right D1 program based on their goals and needs

  • Build relationships with members and help drive retention and referrals

Qualifications
  • High-energy, enthusiastic personality with a passion for fitness

  • 1+ years of sales experience (fitness industry preferred)

  • 1+ years in customer service with proven relationship-building skills

  • Phone sales and/or appointment-setting experience (1+ years)

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment

Compensation: $ $30.00 per hour
