About Us: Cleanup Services, LLC is a rapidly growing restoration company specializing in water and environmental mitigation across Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. With offices in Cleveland, North Lima, Pittsburgh, and Columbus, our success is driven by strong community relationships and trusted partnerships.

We're looking for a self-motivated, outgoing, and driven Marketing Manager to lead our Columbus team. This person will own and expand our referral network — primarily among plumbing companies, restoration companies, and other key partners — helping fuel revenue growth through consistent relationship building and strategic outreach. Your focus will be on building lasting relationships and grow Cleanup's presence in the market.

What You'll Do

Referral Development & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with plumbers, restoration companies, and other referral partners
  • Confidently approach new contacts and present Cleanup's services with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Learn how to use our key referral platform, Referral Reactor, and utilize the data to strategically build your referral network
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of active and prospective partners

Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Develop and execute a quarterly marketing plan aligned with company goals
  • Track and report all outreach, referrals, and partner performance using CRM.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Marketing Director to identify new partnership opportunities

Operational Execution

  • Participate in weekly marketing strategy meetings
  • Ensure referral partners are paid accurately and promptly
  • Represent Cleanup Services at industry events, networking functions, and community initiatives

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a growing partner network
  • Metrics-driven and eager to be held accountable to performance goals
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage and update CRM systems and referral tracking tools
  • A true self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
  • Reliable, responsive, and committed to seeing every project through

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or relationship-based marketing
  • Experience in restoration, home services, or construction industries is a plus
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining referral or partnership programs
